"As each year comes to a close I think about all that has happened to me that year. I decided 2009 had been the best and worst year of my life. This video is my New Year's resolution. It is a collection of things that have been said to me by some of the most important people in my life (most of you know who you are) and has brought me down all year. I intend to change or prove wrong every single one of them in hopes that 2010 will be even better.

Your mission is to do the same. Make a New Year's resolution (it can be any kind and doesn't have to relate to mine) and portray it in a video."
